We value transparency and clarity in all client engagements. Our cancellation and refund policy ensures fairness while maintaining production integrity.
You are eligible for an 80% refund if cancellation is made within 5 working days of your payment date.
Once content development has started or shoot dates are confirmed, no refund will be issued. Resources and time are allocated upfront.
Rescheduling is allowed once within a 14-day window at no additional cost. New dates will be confirmed based on studio availability.
We understand life happens. Refunds for medical emergencies or unavoidable personal circumstances may be considered case-by-case. Documentation may be requested.
